Neighborhood Food Projects

“You want to help. We want to make it easy.” With that slogan a handful of Southern Oregonians created the simplest, and probably most effective, neighborhood-based food project imaginable. Seven years later their system is bringing food to thousands of household tables that might otherwise be empty, in more than fifty cities nationwide. These volunteers never spend a moment wondering if they’re making a difference.

What a great concept: the Ashland Food Project. I’m proud to be a part of it in the Ashland community. Thanks, Jeff, for highlighting this Immense Possibility!
