I LOVE these Plate and Pitchfork dinners! I’ve been going to them for 5 years now. They are close to Portland and the chefs, food and wine is excellent. Glad to see Plate and Pitchfork doing well. Cheers!

Plate and Pitchfork is an amazing dining experience, and the first farm dinner series in the country. However the interview is not about them. Listen again— it’s for a copycat start-up from southern OR.
